How did I make such a big transformation in my life, financially and in my real estate career? The biggest secret to it all is one thing: consistency. It didn’t come easily for me. However, over time it has become clear that being impatient with the process but patient with the outcome is the way to go, and that perfection and consistency are not the same.

In the past, if something was done for 10 days but slipped on the 11th, it felt like a failure. Perfection was the goal, and anything less felt like a setback. The breakthrough came when realizing that with consistency, hitting 80% of the time with workouts, eating habits, investments, and career moves is enough. It doesn’t need to be perfect or intense. The goal is simply to keep showing up.

The shift from an “all-or-nothing” mindset to an “all-in” mindset changed my thinking. The all-or-nothing approach leads to frustration while focusing on consistent progress makes everything feel more attainable. Giving myself grace, forgiving mistakes, and prioritizing consistency over perfection has been a game changer.
